Clinically Led Outcomes for Women in Leadership

Each component is intentionally sequenced to support nervous system regulation, strategic planning, reflection, and professional identity development.

Who She Leads Well Is Designed For

She Leads Well is designed for women at the senior end of their organisations who are carrying the weight of high-stakes decisions, complex team dynamics, and ongoing performance expectations, often without adequate space for recovery or strategic reflection.

Women Leaders

From emerging to experienced leaders in a range of roles who are ready to invest in a structured, evidence-based reset and leave with a concrete plan for sustainable long-term performance.

High-Performing Professionals Approaching Burnout

Those who are still functioning at a high level but recognise the early physiological and psychological warning signs: emotional depletion, disrupted sleep, reduced motivation, and want clinical support to course-correct.

Organisations Investing in Key Talent

HR leaders and executive teams seeking a high-impact, clinically grounded development experience for senior women with measurable outcomes, a structured proposal pack, and potential CPD and tax-deduction eligibility.

Leaders Experiencing Cognitive Overload

Women carrying significant decision-making load who are noticing reduced mental clarity, slower recovery between demands, or a diminishing capacity to think strategically and want to address this before it compounds.

Leaders at a Crossroads

Women moving through a personal transition or a phase of values misalignment, looking for space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find clarity about what comes next.

Registered Health Professionals

Psychologists, GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals seeking structured CPD. The programme's psychological education components meet CPD criteria for many registration bodies. A Certificate in Applied Mind–Body Medicine is issued on completion.

— Why She Leads Well

Leadership Development Grounded in Clinical Psychology

She Leads Well is a collaboration with Quantum Retreats, delivered by Leading Wellness Solutions, a team of registered psychologists with decades of combined experience delivering leadership development across executive coaching, seminars, and organisational programmes.

Research consistently shows that learning is enhanced when the nervous system is regulated. This retreat is built on that principle, combining the depth of an immersive format with clinical rigour so participants achieve in six days what standard training programmes rarely deliver over months.

Registered Psychologists, Not Coaches

Facilitated by a Health and Clinical Psychologist and a Clinical Neuropsychologist both with decades of experience in workplace wellbeing and leadership.

Outcomes That Hold Under Pressure

Every framework and strategy is tested against real-world leadership conditions not designed for ideal circumstances but for the complexity of senior roles on return.

Accelerated Learning by Design

Immersive formats produce deeper and faster behavioural change. When cognitive load is reduced and the nervous system is settled, the brain consolidates learning more effectively.

Supported Before, During and After

A pre-retreat psychology session clarifies your goals before you arrive. Two post-retreat sessions ensure accountability and real-world integration long after you leave Bali.

Your Facilitators

Led by Psychologists. Supported by Specialists.

She Leads Well brings together a multidisciplinary team with deep clinical, strategic, and creative expertise, each contributor selected to support a different dimension of the leadership recovery and renewal process.

—The Program Journey

A Structured Process, Not a Collection of Activities

Each phase of She Leads Well is sequenced with clinical intent, from initial nervous system down-regulation through to strategic integration and post-retreat accountability. This is a deliberate psychological journey, not a programme of isolated wellness experiences.

What Participants Say About
Our Women Leadership Programs

Hear from leaders and participants who have experienced the impact of our women leadership programs, from stronger leadership capability to improved team performance and workplace culture.

Engaging & Practical

“I found the workshop really useful, it presented it in a way that was very engaging and meaningful. Miriam did an awesome job of keeping us all involved and learning, adapting the program to suit us - I really appreciate it! I am looking forward to going back through the Action Plan (such a good round up of the session!) and actually feel excited about putting it into action. Miriam has given me some great tools and ideas to really make valuable self-improvements, which is refreshing as the older I become, the more I realise self-improvement is forever!”

Liz Bailey
Team Leader Environmental Planning, Environment, Heritage and Resilience, City of Gold Coast

Strategic & Impactful

“It took me a while to find a suitable local Sunshine Coast psychologist to find a like minded person like Simone that understood what I was trying to achieve with my business, but also had the skills and capability to deliver the message we wanted to share with our team. This is a very niche market and it is extremely important for businesses to optimise their teams' mental health and wellbeing. Any employee in any industry would benefit from the calibre of support that Simone can offer to their employers to assist them with their daily work/life balance. Simone tailored workshops to meet the needs of our team to deliver our wellbeing strategy over an 18 month period. She is an engaging and dynamic facilitator that brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. I would highly recommend Simone to anyone who is passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of their employees.”

Rod Pertot
Owner Manager, BOQ Noosa

Clear & Actionable

“My role is to support our entire workforce and I can highly recommend the facilitators of todays webinar, "Building a Supportive Work Culture". Miriam and Simone were highly skilled but broke the session down to ensure implementation is easily followed and the goals are achievable. I look forward to the next webinar in the series and will share with those busy business owners who need to make the time to be informed. Your workplace will be better for it.”

Julie Irwin
Team Assistant, ShedEx Fleurieu

Insightful & Valuable

“I came late to the series on Mentally Healthy Workplaces and will review the previous sessions, such was the calibre of today's session it brought a new perspective and phenomenal insight into improving workplaces. I strongly recommend connecting with this series. Thank you Simone and Miriam, you guys are awesome!!”
