Working Well Program
This interactive workshop is for leaders, exploring staff mental health management. This includes education in understanding psychosocial hazards in the workplace (including leaders’ WHS obligations), the mental health spectrum, intervention strategies, how to talk about and promote mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, and how to navigate performance management when mental health is a factor.

Grounded in positive psychology research and WHS considerations (including psychosocial hazards education), we review the mental health spectrum and consider programs and initiatives that have a mental health prevention focus, enhance culture and performance, and cultivate compassion.
